Seed Germinator Specification

Construction & Design

• Double-walled construction with inner chamber made of stainless steel (SS 304) and outer chamber made of powder-coated mild steel.

• Insulated with high-grade glass wool for minimum heat loss.

• Front opening door with proper gasket sealing.

Temperature Control

• Temperature range: 5C above ambient to 50C (without humidity) / 10C to 50C (with humidity).

• Accuracy: 0.5C

• Uniform air circulation with forced air blower for even distribution.

• Controlled by digital PID temperature controller with LED/LCD display.

Humidity Control (for Humidity Model)

• Humidity range: 40% to 95% RH (3%).

• Humidification by steam injection/water reservoir with heater.

• Digital humidity controller.

Illumination

• Fluorescent/LED tube lights fitted inside chamber.

• Automatic cyclic timer (024 hrs) for day/night simulation.

Safety Features

• Over temperature and low water level protection.

• Fuse/MCB for electrical safety.

Power Supply

• 220240V AC, 50 Hz, single phase.

Optional Features

• Programmable temperature & humidity cycles.
